Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear. Additionally, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for return authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply)

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
